India’s oldest management B-School, XLRI Jamshedpur, and Tata Steel Foundation have joined hands together to offer 1-year AICTE-approved Postgraduate Certificate Program in CSR Leadership (PGCCSRL). This PGCCSRL Virtual Program is designed to empower the participants with both conceptual knowledge, skillsets as well as practical competencies relevant to end-to-end CSR implementation and reporting.Key Highlights of the Postgraduate Certificate Program in CSR Leadership (PGCCSRL)?Comprehensive Curriculum: Covers both theoretical and practical aspects. Participants gain conceptual knowledge, develop essential skills, and acquire practical competencies for effective CSR implementation and reporting.
2. One-week XLRI Campus Visit: One week of offline modules at XLRI Jamshedpur will enhance the learning experience and provide an opportunity for networking and collaboration.
3. Three-month Internship: Participants get an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills to real-time industry projects. It will enhance their understanding and capabilities to conceptualize and implement CSR Projects.
4. XLRI Alumni Status: Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are awarded the esteemed XLRI Alumni Status, a recognition that signifies affiliation with XLRI Jamshedpur.Expert Faculty: The program boasts of faculty with deep expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects. It will enhance the learning experience for the participants, providing them with valuable insights and guidance.
