Solan Himdevnews 5 November 2022, 3rd Edition of Tour De Sanawar will be organised on the 6th of November 2022 at the
prestigious Lawrence School Campus in Garkhal (Solan) on the occasion of its 175th
anniversary.
Its paved roads and quaint trails provide for a beautiful backdrop and environment for cycling
and keeping that in mind the School and the Old Sanawarian Society started Tour de Sanawar in
2018, which since then has become an annual event.

“We are happy to associate with Tour de Sanawar for the 3 consecutive editions. The heritage of the school and the craze for cycling amongst the youth will surely encourage lot of other youngsters to take up the sport.” said Mr. Mohit Sood, Secretary, Cycling Association of Himachal Pradesh(CAHP). Organised by Old Sanawarian Society, Hero Cycles, Cycling Association of Himachal Pradesh(CAHP) and HASTPA, the event will be held in 4 categories ; U14(Boys/Girls), Above
14, Amateur Non School(Men/Women), Pro/Elite(Men/Women). Students from the school and citizens from cities Chandigarh, Shimla, Kasauli, Solan are expected to participate in the event.
Start and finish point of the race will be Khetarpal Stadium (Peacestead).
